We primarily use EVA foam for its lightweight and durable qualities, along with 3D-printed elements for more detailed parts. For reinforcement, we sometimes include resin, fiberglass, or plastic components to ensure the armor maintains its shape and lasts through multiple uses.
2. Are the armors custom-fitted, or do you offer standard sizes?
We offer free customize size. Will make the armor fully customized tailored to your body dimensions. Custom-fitted armor ensures maximum comfort and a perfect look. And they are free with customize size :) Will send you a file to fill in with measure guide after receive your order.
3. How long does it take to complete a full set of Space Marine armor?
It typically takes around 3-4 weeks to complete a full set, depending on the complexity of the design, customization requests, and our current workload. We provide a detailed timeline after the consultation phase. Now our agenda has booked to Jan 2025 already. Priority is available with extra fee.
4. What is the weight of the finished armor?
On average, a full set of Space Marine armor weighs between 15-25 lbs (6-11 kg), depending on the materials used and custom additions like lights or moving parts. The armor is designed to be as lightweight as possible without sacrificing durability or detail.

Yes, the armor is designed with mobility in mind. You’ll be able to walk, pose, and perform basic actions like crouching or lifting your arms. However, due to its size and structure, some movements may feel restricted, especially in larger sections like the chest and shoulders.

Absolutely! We encourage customization. You can choose your chapter’s colors, emblems, and even add personal touches like battle damage, weathering, or LED lighting. We’ll work with you to ensure your vision is brought to life.
7. Is the armor suitable for long-term wear at conventions or events?
Yes, we design the armor to be wearable for several hours. We also include ventilation systems or offer additional padding options for added comfort during long events. We do recommend taking short breaks when possible to avoid fatigue.
8. Do you provide helmets as part of the armor set?
Yes, the helmet is included in the full armor set. It is fully wearable and detailed. You can choose to have an extra helmet for back up. Voice modulator is avaialble too.
9. Can I get the armor with functioning lights or other electronics?
Yes! We can incorporate LEDs for lighting effects on the helmet, chest, or weapons. We also offer sound systems to replicate Space Marine audio or weapon effects. Let us know your preferences during the consultation phase.
10. How much does a full set of Space Marine armor cost?
Prices vary depending on customization, materials, and additional features. A basic set starts around $2,699 USD, with more elaborate sets (including lights, electronics, and custom designs) ranging upwards of $5,000 USD. We’ll provide a detailed quote based on your specific requirements.
